In-fill developer, David Hale plans restaurant and office space in the former American Linen building on the west side of downtown Boise. "It's the centerpiece of the district," or soon to be the Linen District. Hale has also acquired the former Napa Auto Parts store and Goodyear Tire, which he plans to develop into mixed-use and incorporate as part of the district. "West downtown is close to the connector and close to the core of downtown and has tremendous potential," said Hale. Look for the unique and exciting Linen District this summer. Plans include an above grade courtyard with two buildings, one on Hays and the other on Fort, with somewhere over 100 units.
